RETURN POLICY AND WARRANTIES

REGULATED MODS - 14 Day Manufacturers' Defect Warranty on all regulated mods. We will EXCHANGE ONLY any regulated mod if it malfunctions due to a manufacturers' defect. We DO NOT EXCHANGE any product with visible signs of physical damage.

Tanks, Coils, & Accessories. We will EXCHANGE ONLY any of these items with a DOA (Dead On Arrival) Warranty. This warranty is good for 24 hours after your purchase. Please check your purchase to insure that it is in proper working order when you purchase it. If there is an issue please call or come to the store that you purchased it from and report it immediately.

E-LIQUID, CBD, DELTA, KRATOM, NICOTINE DISPOSABLES, BATTERIES, CLEARANCE ITEMS, MECHANICAL MODS, RDA's, RTA's, RDTA's are FINAL SALES--NO REFUNDS---NO EXCEPTIONS. If you have an issue with any of those products - please call or come back to the store where you purchased it and we will do what we can to make it right.

Retailer shall not be liable for any injury, damage, or defect – permanent or temporary that may be caused by the improper use, handling, or storage of any product, or consumption of an expired and/or discounted product purchased from Vapor World/Vapor 100/CBD World/GLASS CITY. Retailers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever in any way due to, resulting from, or arising in connection with the purchase or use of any product/products. ALL PRODUCTS ARE USED AT USER’S OWN RISK.

If you are subject to any form of employment drug testing or screening, we recommend that you DO NOT take CBD products. Vapor World/Vapor 100/CBD World (including all members, employees, subcontractors, agents, successors, assigns, and affiliates) do not take any responsibility and are not liable in the instance a customer fails a drug test while using CBD products. Before using any CBD products, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider, drug screening/testing company, or employer.
