Please write and email to HR@bhdistro.com including the following information:

-Employee Name

-Store Name (as it appears in amazon orders)

-Shirt Size Small - 5XL

-Shirt Quantity

-The name of the Cashapp account sending money.  (for payment verification.)

 

Then have the employee scan the link below and pay the appropriate amount of money for the volume of shirts you have ordered.
